– All-round PR & Communication Manager –

Function: 

We are looking for a PR & Communications Manager for 40 hours per week. In this position, we want someone with 2 to 3 years of working experience in the fashion, lifestyle, and/or marketing industry. You are broadly interested, a creative fast thinker and always looking for the most newsworthy angles that you know how to translate to press, influencers and consumers.

The following tasks are part of your job description:

Daily:

• Creation, advice, and planning
• Managing the relationship with clients, influencers, and media
• Writing, distributing, and following up press releases
• Monitoring (social) media to create opportunities for clients
• Influencer handling (strategy, selection, and deal-making)
• Reporting and analyzing results

And often:

• New Business
• Writing of creative plans
• Preparation and hosting of press days
• Event management (concept, hosting, and directing production)
• Media buying
• Market analysis
• Press trips
• Social media advice/handling

You have/are:

• Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages
• Completed a relevant HBO study
• A minimum of 2 years work experience
• Strong communication, writing, and networking skills
• Precise and result-oriented
• A team player with a sparkling personality
• Affinity with fashion and lifestyle and a good understanding of industry trends
• Strong understanding of brand positioning
• Graphic/creative skills (photoshop, in-design, photography) are not a must but are a big plus for us
